Mr. Ismail Shirwac is a distinguished Somaliland diplomat currently serving as the First Secretary of the Somaliland mission in Nairobi, Kenya. Formerly holding positions as Partnerships Liaison Officer and Head of International Cooperation and Development Partnerships, Mr. Shirwac has been a key figure in shaping Somaliland’s engagement with the international community. One of Mr. Shirwac’s notable achievements includes his significant contributions to the creation of Somaliland National Development III.
